Dr. Parshia Moghadas (Ph.D.) is the founder of Oxford PMC. She is a Chartered engineer and an APM-certified project, programme and portfolio advisor and consultant with over fifteen years’ hands-on experience delivering multi-million-pound complex MedTech products, from Class I to Class II and III.

Parshia has worked with over twenty MedTech start-ups and scale-ups across the UK, USA and Asia. She has helped them identify common patterns that result in drift, delay, rework, false confidence and product failure, and worked with them through successful project execution and product launch.
