Team Readiness Review

Align your team around what launch readiness actually requires.

The Team Readiness Review is a structured session for MedTech leadership teams, product teams and PMOs who need a clearer, shared view of where readiness is strong, where it is weak, and what needs to happen next.

This is designed to turn fragmented progress into clearer priorities, stronger ownership, and practical action.

Format: Online or in-person, up to 3 hours

Best for: Leadership teams, PMOs, product teams
